    The SEO tactics are certainly a bit sketchy, but Trulia is on its way. If I'm an investor, this is a company I invest in instantly. Trulia is the one paid site we use that delivers a very positive ROI. $40/month to feature all listings is just a great deal.

    I see that Google has dropped them in the SERPs slightly for terms that I watch for them. Not as much as you would think, though, for such an obvious black hat SEM technique.
