Joel - I totally agree. For those agents who leverage the personal brand marketing angle, they may want to consider buying their .me extension.

In preparation for the Inman Conference, I purchased a .me URL for those who might want to add me as a Twitter friend. The URLI purchased is YouCanFollow.me.

I am a realtor in Vancouver Canada and my concern would be that potential clients would not think that such a url would be associated with a different country at best and rank narcissism at worst?
